If you are not satisfied with a game you rented or purchased through our services, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The game must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase is required. For event bookings, if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, a partial refund will be provided. For game-related workshops, refunds can be issued up to 7 days before the event date.
